All orders are shipped USPS First Class or Priority
Orders typically take up to 3-4 business day to be processed. Orders placed on Friday- Sunday will be processed starting the following business day.
We try our best to ensure your order will be delivered on time. Delays are possible during our Holiday and Sale Season. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated time frame.
Tracking My Order
To track your order please use tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped. If your tracking number does not work visit www.usps.com to manually input your tracking number.
If your tracking information shows that a notice was left at the residence/business. This indicates that no one was available to sign for the package and your package will have to be retrieved from your local post office. USPS typically holds packages for up to 14 days. If the package is not retrieved they will return it back to our shipping facility
Please carefully check your address. In the event that a customer request for their order to be reshipped there will be a $10 shipping and handling fee. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if your package has been lost or stolen please contact USPS with the tracking number we provided. By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full shipping and deliveries policy.
