What is your return policy?
***DUE TO COVID19 WE ARE NOT EXCEPTING ANY RETURNS***
Non-refundable merchandise include: sale products, custom designs, consultation fee, swimwear, bodysuits and accessories.  
 All sales on our custom designs are final, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on Deposits/Consultation fees/Shipping/Alterations/Custom designs. Please ensure to order the correct size and provide accurate measurements for custom orders. If you have any questions feel free to contact us.
In the event your purchase does not work for you we will issue a full STORE CREDIT minus a 15% restocking fee on unused merchandise returned within 7 business days of you receiving the merchandise. If we find any defects on the merchandise or there are signs of wear we reserve the right to not accept your return. Discounted items,formal dresses, swimwear, bodysuits and accessories are Non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping cost of all returns. Original Shipping cost are non-refundable. In the event your package is returned deliverable there will be a 15% restocking fee. By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full return policy.

How far in advance do I need to place my custom design order?
The sooner the better. At least 3- 6 months before your event email nikkivsnicoleinfo@gmail.com to discuss your projects turn around time.  *Availability may be
