Non-refundable merchandise include ale products, custom designs, consultation fee, swimwear, bodysuits, and accessories.
All sales on our custom designs are final, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on Deposits/Consultation fees/Shipping/Alterations/Custom designs. Please ensure to order the correct size and provide accurate measurements for custom orders. If you have any questions feel free to contact us.
In the event your purchase does not work for you, we will issue a full STORE CREDIT minus a 15% restocking fee on unused merchandise returned within 7 business days of you receiving the merchandise. If we find any defects on the merchandise or there are signs of wear we reserve the right to not accept your return. Discounted items, formal dresses, swimwear, bodysuits, and accessories are Non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of all returns. Original Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event your package is returned deliverable there will be a 15% restocking fee. By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full return policy.
