At Nikki Vs Nicole, each product is created and offered with intention. Because our shop includes custom-made garments and instantly accessible digital products, our return and refund policies vary by product type.

Please review the policy below carefully before completing your purchase.

CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER CLOTHING

All custom and made-to-order garments are final sale.

Because these pieces are created specifically for you based on your selected design, measurements, sizing, or customization requests, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate measurements and sizing information. Nikki Vs Nicole is not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements or information provided by the customer.

If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS & SEWING PATTERNS

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final.

Once a digital sewing pattern, guide, tutorial, or other downloadable product has been purchased and access has been provided, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Please carefully review the product description, sizing information, skill level, file requirements, and included materials before purchasing.

If you experience a technical issue accessing or downloading your digital purchase, please contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will gladly assist you with accessing the files you purchased.

Technical difficulties accessing a file do not qualify the purchase for a refund if the product can be successfully provided to the customer.

DIGITAL PRODUCT USAGE

Purchasing a Nikki Vs Nicole digital sewing pattern grants the purchaser a license to use the pattern. The original pattern files, instructions, and materials remain the intellectual property of Nicole Averette / Nikki Vs Nicole.

You may create garments for yourself, your clients, or for sale using our patterns.

However, the original digital pattern, pattern pieces, instructions, or files may not be resold, shared, copied, reproduced, uploaded, redistributed, or provided to another person or business.

Each pattern purchase is licensed to one purchaser.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Digital orders cannot be canceled once the digital product has been delivered or made available for download.

Custom clothing orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once materials have been purchased, fabric has been cut, or production has started, the order becomes final sale and is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.

Any non-refundable consultation fees, deposits, rush fees, design fees, or other services already provided remain non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

For physical products, please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you believe you received an incorrect item or your order arrived damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.

We will review the request and contact you regarding the appropriate resolution.
